Starting September 30th, 2024, generate your XpressAPI authentication tokens for accessing Catalog API using POST method, instead of the GET method.
The S&P Global Marketplace Catalog API provides you the ability to retrieve the metadata for datasets and solutions available from the S&P Global Marketplace. Utilizing XpressAPI, our modern RESTful API delivery solution, you can receive full dataset and solution descriptions, key dataset information, and other helpful metadata to feed directly into your intranet applications or internal data catalogs.
Our API solutions enable you to integrate high-quality data through RESTful API's with your system, portals and business applications. XpressAPI delivers the metadata in endpoints via Swagger, a set of open-source tools built around the OpenAPI Specification. You can also retrieve XpressAPI data using standard API development tools.
