Release notes
Rebranded from SNL Insurance to capture regulatory data for the insurance industry. Now includes EIOPA Solvency II data.
The SNL Insurance Regulatory Data dataset provides financial data disclosed by different insurance companies across various regions and countries as part of the regulations of those regions. This dataset captures financials disclosed to the National Association of Insurance Companies (NAIC) within the United States and the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) for the European Union.
NAIC Insurance Statutory data captures comprehensive financial data for 8800+ Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) entities at company and group reporting levels with additional SNL-created groups for better consolidation and representation of data. - Insurance Statutory Reinsurance – Reinsurance relationships between entities from the Schedule F/S
- Insurance Statutory Schedule P – Captures the actuarial section of the financials covering the loss experience and reserves
